Our practice serves all the needs of immigrant community, including family and business visas, deportation defense, asylum and naturalization. The team at McVey Mullery Dulberg & Cho combined has over fifty years of experience serving immigrants from around the world.
Gerald McVey founded the firm in 1988 with the vision of providing expert and caring legal services at reasonable fees. To this day, McVey Mullery Dulberg & Cho proudly carries on his tradition and strives to deliver superior legal services without compromising service. Soon after the firm opened its doors, Michael Mullery joined the practice, followed by Sharon Dulberg and Rosy Cho. Over the many years, McVey Mullery Dulberg & Cho has reunited countless families, assisted companies hire and retain talented employees and successfully defended immigrants from deportation.
It is fitting that McVey Mullery Dulberg & Cho is located at 550 Montgomery Street, the location of the first Bank of America (then known as Bank of Italy), founded in 1904 by Amadeo Peter Giannini, the son of Italian immigrants, to serve the "little fellows" who were the hard working immigrants that other banks would not serve. We feel privileged to be working in the same building that served the immigrant community then and are extremely pleased and determined to keep that tradition going for a long time.
More information on the building...
A.P. Giannini, would keep his bank open until nine or ten at night for workers, when all other banks closed at three in the afternoon. Despite the devastating earthquake of 1906, he kept serving the Yugoslavian, Russian, Mexican, Portuguese, Chinese, Greek, and other immigrant communities.
