Our Firm

McVey Mullery & Dulberg was founded in 1994 with the merger of two experienced attorneys, Gerald McVey and Michael Mullery. Since then Mr. McVey passed away and Mr. Mullery retired. Sharon Dulberg joined the firm in 1997 and became partner in 2000. When Mr. Mullery retired in 2001, Sharon became sole proprietor of the firm.

McVey Mullery & Dulberg has developed a reputation for success in difficult cases that are often turned away by other firms. MMDlaw has also developed a specialty in representing small businesses in difficult employment based cases. MMDlaw has been at the forefront of representing LGBT and transgender clients for over 20 years in asylum, removal defense and marriage based cases.
